At VinylGraph, we ensure that your custom decals and graphics are carefully packed and delivered in the shortest possible time. Below is our shipping policy, including delivery times, costs, and order tracking details.
1️⃣ Shipping Timeframes
We process all orders within 24-48 hours, and delivery timelines depend on your location:
📍 United Arab Emirates (UAE) – 🚚 3 Business Days
📍 Other GCC Countries (KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman) – 🚚 5-7 Business Days
📍 Other International Destinations – ✈ 7-9 Business Days
📌 Note:
- Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
- Delivery timelines may be affected by customs clearance or unforeseen delays.
2️⃣ Shipping Costs
- UAE → Free shipping on orders above 500 AED.
- GCC Countries → Shipping cost varies based on the destination (Calculated at Checkout).
- International Orders → Shipping cost depends on the country and order size (Displayed at Checkout).
Custom duties & import taxes for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.
3️⃣ Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order in real-time through our logistics partner.
